We have been continually reviewing the timetable since we started 4 weeks ago and have some upcoming additions / changes:
Starting 11/4
2 additonal Reformer classes added to the timetable w/ Subita - 8.15am & 8.50am
Starting 16/4
1 additional Mat class added to the timetable w/ Subita - 9am
Starting 24/4
Restorative Yoga session will be replaced with a Mat class w/ Subita - 4.15pm
The Restorative Yoga session is being moved to a Sunday afternoon starting Sunday 12th May (this is Mothers Day & it will be a special longer restorative / yoga nidra session - details to come)
Starting 19th May
weekly 1 hour Restorative Yoga session w/ Mari-Anne 4pm
As you may have noticed, the Studio is closed for most of the Easter Long Weekend. We have however added two Mat classes w/ Subita on Easter Saturday 20/4 so that you can get along to get a Pilates / Stretch fix over the break!
Starting Sat 4th May
the Saturday morning class times & order will change a bit
6.30am - Reformer Express w/ Subita
7.00am - Pilates Mat w/ Subita
8.00am - Reformer Express w/ Subita
8.30am - Stretch & Flow Mat w/ Subita
Starting from the following Saturday - 11/5
We are adding a Yoga session (yaah!)
9.40am - VinYin Yoga w/ Mari-Anne
